May was a CRAZY BUSY MONTH! I swear a normal May could rival December for busiest month of the year. Add moving into that mix and it is pure Chaos!
These first few pictures were actually of my sister Hadyn's birthday that was the end of April but I forgot to put them on April's post and I thought they were so cute I had to put them on here.
This is my cute sister Haley with Allie cat. I just thought they looked super cute.

The kids could jump on the double trampolines at Grammy's house for hours! SO much Fun!!!
Allies 2nd grade class did a May Day program. It was so cute. They sang about 4 songs and then braided the May Pole.
All the kids drew a picture of their mom for mothers day and this is the lovely drawing Allie did of me.
The first weekend of May we also did Family pictures with Austin's family. We had Jodi James do them and she was awesome. We had a huge group to work with and she was so cute.

I love, love, love the pictures she did of the girls! They look so grown up though, especially Allie :(
Here is the whole Myers Family. It is getting so hard to get everyone in the same place these days I am so glad we got to have pictures done before we moved.
The girls were playing with my camera and erased all the pictures I had on there for the rest of May and June. I had not had time to download on my computer so the rest of the posts will not have pictures, sorry.
Austin was scheduled to start his OB/GYN rotation May 23rd. He wanted to be there at least a week early to get an apartment and get a little settled in before he started. I wanted to let the girls finish out the school year in Beaver so Cliff drove to Atlanta with him. Austin and Cliff left on May 12th and made it to Atlanta in only 3 days. I can't believe they mad it in such great time. That left Austin to find an apartment without me. He did a good job. I love the apartment we are in. I will post pictures soon.
I worked at the flower shop the week of mother's day to make a little extra money for the move. That left us to pack like mad the week before they left. (It was so expensive to rent a van we just loaded up the back of Austins truck and my car with what we could and we just purchased large furnishings when we got to Atlanta) After Austin left I still had the stuff we couldn't take with and all our large furniture to put in storage. I packed like mad again. I have to say thanks to Amy, Dunn, Cliff, and Janice for helping me move everything in storage. I couldn't have done it without you all.
Allie had a field trip to Bryce Canyon on the 18th that she wanted me to go to. The morning we got up for the field trip it was snowing! Yes, snowing. We went to the school and they were still planning on going. We got in the bus and were about 5 miles out side of town and the back of the bus started filling with smoke. They stopped the bus and we were waiting for another bus to come and get us and we noticed this pink thick liquid all over the floor. I guess there was an antifreeze line that had burst and that is what caused the smoke. Kids were getting antifreeze all over themselves and the snow continued to come down. They finally decided it would not be safe to go to Bryce, so the other bus finally got there and we went home. They rescheduled the field trip for May 23rd. That day was beautiful. It was not too hot and not too cool. It was lots of fun. When we got there we did a 2 mile hike down the Queens Garden Hike. I had some cute pictures of it but they got deleted :( After the hike we ate lunch and went into this little clearing and they had the kids play games. They were cute games and it was fun to watch them.
I signed Allie up for softball this year and she was on the Blue Monkeys. I didn't realize it would be fast pitch softball so I was a little shocked when the first game rolled around. After working with her a little bit she got to where she was hitting the ball after a few games. Her favorite position was catcher and she looked so little in all that catcher gear. (again pictures got deleted) Kaity was in t-ball and she liked it but really didn't pay attention when they were outfield. lol, typical Kaity.
We also had to give our dog Tuffy away. We would have liked to bring him with us but we couldn't keep him cooped up in an apartment it just wouldn't have been fair. We found a good home for him where he will be loved. It was so hard to let him go. Kaity and I cried and cried. I had some cute pictures of him and Kaity saying good-bye to him but they also got deleted which makes me so sad. We will be able to see him when we go back and visit Beaver so that will be good. Thanks to Grammy for keeping our cat Sophie for us until we can take her. I don't think Kaity would have survived if she had to give both her animals away.
I think I will post about getting to Atlanta in my June post because this one is long enough.
