March Recap

While Austin was gone I tried to go up and see my mom every other weekend. I loved going up there so much. I wish that I could still be close enough to go up whenever I wanted. One of the times we were there we went up to the Dinosaur Museum. The girls and I had never been there.  We met Holly and her kiddos and it was so fun. The girls especially loved the water sand part where they could look for little dinosaurs. I only got pictures on my phone and I don't know how to get them on here. Sorry.

Kaity also had her Kindergarten program In March. They did a patriotic music program and it was so cute. Kaity had been singing the songs for a while so it was fun to see how they "really" go. lol

Adunn and Kaity after their program
After the program we went to get ice cream at Dairy Queen with the cousins, Amy, Dunn, and Nanny.

Holly and her kids came to see us in March also. I introduced Holly to Maria's Mexican food, Yyyyyuuuuummmmmyyyyy. We tried to go both nights she was there but we got there when they were closing the second night so we just got chips and salsa :)
We got the Hide a bed out for Holly's boys to sleep on and the kids built a fort in it all weekend since it was too cold to play outside.
Put your hands up or they will shoot! Ha ha ha  Holly's poor boys had to make guns out of a ring toss game because all I have at my house are girl toys.
We let the kids roast marshmallows and do smores in the wood burning stove. They had so much fun. Tate told me my house was just like a cabin. lol
Look at those cute little roasters.

I also got to go do a girls weekend with my bestest friends from H.S. We met up in Salt lake at the hotel, then we went over to the gateway for Sushi at Happy Sumo. After dinner we went to this little piano bar called Keys on Main. We had so much fun laughing and catching up. Then Ashley had to go so Holly, Hillary, Suzy, and I went back to the hotel. We stayed up until 3 or 4 in the morning talking and laughing. Poor Hill and Suz that is way past their bed time.
The next morning we went up to park city to do some shopping. Christy met us up there for lunch since she had a sick baby the night before and couldn't do dinner. I have decided I need Christy to come with me every time I go shopping. She made me feel so good about everything I tried on. I loved it. Then we went to lunch at Cafe Rio and laughed a lot more. I have the most amazing friends ever.  I love that it can be years since we have all been together but once we get together we carry on like we see each other every day. I love it and am so grateful to have good friends that love me in spite of all my craziness!!! Love you girls!

That about covers it for March...see you soon in April
