Fun Night Out

Yesterday My neighbor Rita came over and invited me and the girls to go with them to this customer appreciation event for valued customers at Kirk Freeport. (It is a really nice jewelry store and other little shops) We got all ready and went with her and her husband Lyle. We had a blast! Allie and Kaity acted like such little grown ups. We would go in the different stores and fill out a ticket to be entered in a drawing for prizes at the end of the night. They had servers carrying appetizers on silver trays all over so we got to try all sorts of yummy foods and a beverage bar. I let the girls get Coke and they thought they were so cool.
I love this look on Kaity's face here. She had this plate of food but she couldn't figure out how to eat it without dropping something. Finally she said "mom, I can't eat my food like this."

Here is Allie with a mouth full of rice ball or something. She was funny when we would be walking around she wouldn't hold my hand. I kept reaching for her hand and she would pull her hand away and give me this look like 'mom, I am being a grown up' It was so fun to see all the Christmas decorations up.

The girls found a chair to crash on in in the perfume store.

The Estee Lauder store was my favorite. They had this big red thing that had a zipper running down it with an opening. You would stick your had in the zipper and they would tie a jewel on your wrist. This is my cute friend Shalynna getting her jewel. I ran into her and I was so excited to see her. Allie and Kaity just love her (me too). She lets them play with her hair and they think she is so cool. Here we are showing off our BLING!!!
This was like the Estee Lauder girl. The girls thought she was so pretty and kept going over to look at her. They had red carpet surrounding the store. When we went in the store all the servers in there had black masks around their eyes and had these little cheesecakes and Campaign( non-alcoholic of course) it was so fun.
As the night went on Kaity had to find a spot to take a rest. She told me " mom, I am just going to sit right her and rest my feet for a minute." They had a DJ playing music that the girls danced to a little bit.

Then it was back to the jewelry store for the drawing. Allie and Kaity played with this tiger statue forever. It was cute they named all the tigers, and to them they were real. Anyone that would walk by they would tell them all about their pet tigers.

This is Lyle and Rita. Allie and Kaity love them to death. We go over and visit with them quite often. They are great neighbors and they just adore the girls. In fact they had friends over tonight and Rita came over to see if the girls could come over and visit with them and have cookies and milk. Lyle actually won a pearl and diamond necklace from the drawing!!! hurray!!
It is some designer name but I can't remember what it is. It was a great night and we all had a blast.
