Where has this month gone?

I have really been neglecting blogging lately, sorry. There has not been a lot of excitement this month. We have just been in the school routine. Our days seem to fly by. I can't believe that it is the last week of January already. We have been enjoying the beautiful weather here. It is a little cooler than usual but very nice. We haven't been to the beach much this month due to the cooler weather but we have really enjoyed the park, and spending time with friends.
It was gorgeous yesterday and so the girls and I did spend the day at the beach. I was sitting there looking at the stunning crystal blue water and I was so grateful for the chance I have to be here in such a beautiful place and enjoy this time with my sweet girls. I love to watch Allie snorkel and bring me the seashells she finds. Kaity will play and entertain herself in the sand for hours. It almost didn't seem fair, we had such a wonderful relaxing day and when I went to get Austin from the library he had had a terrible day. He didn't get near finished what he needed to due. He has his first block tests coming up the first few days of Feb. so he will be extremely swamped and overloaded with studying this next week. Poor guy.
Here are some random pictures I took this month.

Here are some pictures of the girls doing their school.

This is our favorite time of day...when daddy comes home. All day long, anytime Allie hears a car she runs to the door to see if it is Austin. (maybe it is just an excuse to take a break from her studies...oh well it's cute anyway) They get so excited and jump up and down yelling "daddy, daddy" .

We did do a bonfire at the beach again with some friends earlier this month. Here are just a few pictures of the girls from that night.
I love having beautiful flowers to enjoy all year long.

Yay- a post with pictures! Those flowers are beautiful. I know what you mean about stopping to realize how blessed we are. This island is wonderful and I'm so glad we all live here together! It's just too bad that we are too lazy to drive to West Bay, otherwise we'd hang out a lot more. :)

funny that you are saying it is cooler weather there so you can't go to the beach, and i'm getting snowed on over her. Har har, har de har har.

Hello down there. I am getting better. I am still a little slow but slow is better than nothing. The girls are so pretty. I can't wait to see them. Talia started crying today. She said she just missed Allie and Kaity so much. So I told her they are probably coming for her birthday party. Love you guys. Talk to ya later.

It looks like so much fun. Your pictures are beautiful. The beach looks fun. Our snow is melting and we've got mud everywhere. It'd be fun to walk on the sandy beach instead of avoiding the mud puddles.
